Droppin' HZ Car Audio Shipping, Returns, and Warranty Policies
Most of our products include FREE shipping on orders greater than $100 in the Lower 48 United States. Some items however will always incur a shipping charge. Products that are offered with FREE shipping will be shipped via the best available method using USPS, UPS, or Fedex. In most cases these products will arrive at your door within 2-5 business days. Some products, however, are custom ordered per your specifications and will have an estimated build time based on the product ordered. Orders that are custom built cannot be cancelled once the build process has been started. These products will be shipped once they are completed.

General Shipping Times: These are estimates. Once the pacakges is in the shipping companies possession, we have no control over the route it takes or how long it takes them to deliver.
- UPS/Fedex: Up to 5 Business Days
- USPS Priority: 2-3 Business Days
- USPS First Class: 3-5 Business Days
Although our website is currently only setup for sales in the Lower 48 US States, we will ship anywhere in the world that you would like to pay shipping to. For a shipping quote, please contact us at email@example.com.
Returns are not accepted on ANY custom items. This includes but is not limited to the following: recones, wire, custom fuse block, buss bars, decals, and HID headlights. If you have a questions regarding a products eligibility for return/refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Products that are eligible for return/refund will be regularly stocked items. To be eligible for return/refund, the product MUST be in brand new, unused condition. Droppin' HZ Car Audio reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase prices on any returned items that are NOT defective. The consumer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued once the product is received, inspected, and deemed to still be in brand new, unused condition.
Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number for your product. NO returns will be accepted that do not have a RA number assigned to them.
