ANY RETURNS THAT DO NOT INCLUDE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PLEASE WAIT TO RECEIVE THE AUTHORIZATION FORM VIA EMAIL AFTER SUBMITTING THE RETURN CLAIM REQUEST ABOVE.

THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE ITEMS AS THEY ARE RETURNED. ANY DAMAGE AS RESULT OF POOR PACKAGING OR ANY OTHER REASON WILL RESULT IN NO REFUND BEING ISSUED AND THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE PAYMENT TO RETURN THE DAMAGED PRODUCT TO THEM.

OUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM IS NOT A REFUND GUARANTEE. DROPPIN HZ CAR AUDIO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURN FOR ANY REASON.

General Returns:

You may return a new, never powered up or turned on or mounted, unopened items (non custom-built-items) sold by Droppin HZ Car Audio within 30 days of delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Any additional shipping charges and Insurance coverages are NON REFUNDABLE. Items must be returned in their original product packaging, to include all packing materials (foam, plastic wrap, manuals, stickers, etc.). Droppin HZ Car Audio does not cover return shipping costs, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping as well as the condition of the items when it arrives to us. Please make sure items are properly packaged and insured. 

Any new item that has been opened by the consumer, regardless, if it has been powered up or turned on or mounted or not, is no longer eligible for return. NO RETURNS WILL BE AUTHORIZED WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, REGARDLESS OF THE STATUS OF THE ITEM.

 

******Regarding Orders Financed through Snap Finance:

Any orders that are placed using Snap Finance CAN NOT BE RETURNED. All sales are final.

Custom Built Items: 

Custom built items are NON REFUNDABLE. This includes but is not limited to Alternators, DC Audio Subwoofers, LAF Products, & any wire that is less than full spool lengths.

PLEASE CHECK THE IMPEDANCE OF YOUR RECONE KITS BEFORE INSTALLATION. WE MUST BE NOTIFIED OF ANY ISSUE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. ONCE THE KIT HAS BEEN INSTALLED, THEY CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON. 

 

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS:

ANY AND ALL LITHIUM BATTERY SALES ARE FINAL. ONCE THEY HAVE SHIPPED THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED DUE TO FEDERAL SHIPPING AND STORAGE REGULATIONS. THE ONLY EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING AS THIS WILL BE HANDLED DIRECTLY THROUGH THE MANUFACTURE. ALL CLOSEOUT/HOTDEALS/B-STOCK/OPEN BOX OR USED ITEMS SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON THESE ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Exchanges:

Once an exchange has been received by Droppin HZ Car Audio, we will inspect the item. If the item(s) are found to be in new condition, we will refund the purchase price, minus the 10% restocking fee to the customer account as store credit and issue an invoice for payment for the new item(s) being exchanged for. 


Items returned that are deemed used:

In the case that an item that has been returned is deemed to have been opened, used, or anything that prevents the item from being sold as a NEW item upon inspection by Droppin HZ Car Audio, the customer will have the option to pay for the item to be shipped back at their expense OR accept a refund in the amount of 25% of the original purchase price, to be applied to their account as store credit.

 

 Refused/Returned to sender packages:

If any package is refused and/or returned to sender by the customer for any reason, the customer is responsible for any additional return shipping charges to be deducted from their refund, in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Please note that in situations where we have shipped orders directly to our customers from our suppliers and that delivery is refused and or returned to the supplier, there will be extended wait times on refunds to allow for return processing from the supplier and our company. All shipping charges and package protection charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation:

Order cancellation may be requested, but we cannot guarantee it. Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it to be shipped. If an order is shipped before a cancellation can be processed, the customer will be responsible for returning the item/s based on all policies listed.

Refund Time Frame:

Once a return has been received, please allow 10-14 business days for processing. Refunds issued may take an estimated 3-5 additional business days depending on the payment method.
