ANY SHIPPING ISSUES TO INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: DAMAGED PACKAGES, DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, LOST IN TRANSIT, STOLEN, MISSING OR INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
We currently offer free shipping on most orders over $250. Some items however are excluded from this promotion. These items include but are not limited to: Closeout Items, PRV Audio, Yinlong, and some Second Skin items. Due to weight and or package sizes along with limited margins we are unable to offer free shipping on these items.
SHIPPING TIMES GIVEN AT CHECKOUT ARE CARRIER ESTIMATES ONLY. Please allow approximately 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped if it is a normally stocked item. We do our best to keep most items in stock, but some are shipped direct from the manufacture if we are out of stock. Custom built items may take 14-21 business days to be shipped. These processing and shipping times are estimates only, we do our best to process orders within our estimated time frame, but delays can happen from time to time. Please bear with us as we are working as diligently as possible.
We have multiple distribution warehouses that in stock items may ship from, so please keep in mind that orders with multiple items may ship from different locations and the tracking numbers and delivery dates may differ.
Any order over $250 USD that is eligible for free shipping and applies to the U.S. 48 continental** states ONLY! Any other territory such as Puerto Rico, HI, AK, etc will have an additional shipping charge. If the shopping cart does not calculate it, don't worry we will contact you with additional shipping amount that is required. In some cases, the shipping calculator can be incorrect and additional shipping could be due. At that point, it is up to you to decide if you would like to continue with your purchase or get a refund.

Refused/Returned to sender packages:
If any package is refused and/or returned to sender for any reason, the customer is responsible for any additional return shipping charges to be deducted from their refund, in addition to the 20% restocking fee. Please note that in situations where we have shipped orders directly to our customers from our suppliers and that delivery is refused and or returned to the supplier, there will be extended wait times on refunds to allow for return processing from the supplier and our company. All shipping charges and package protection charges are non-refundable.
Please be sure to check your provided information (name, address, phone number, email, etc) for accuracy before completing your order. It is not Droppin HZ Car Audio's responsibility to check for complete and accurate customer provided information. We process a high volume of orders every day and we do not check each order individually.
Shipped Shield Package Protection:
1. Services and Guarantee
Shipped Track enables visual shipment tracking and real-time notifications to ensure the safe delivery of orders for customers.
Shipped Shield is a hassle-free solution for resolving shipment issues related to damage, loss or theft, simplifying the process to get a replacement quickly for customers.
2. Definitions and Requirements
A damaged item is considered as broken if it is clearly fractured, in unusable condition, shattered, crushed, and/or bent, where the damages were caused during the transit process.
Manufacturing defects, normal wear and tear or damage caused by insufficient packaging is not covered by the Shipped Shield Assurance Guarantee.
Damaged items must be reported in Shield within 7 days from the package Track delivered date.
A package is considered as stolen when a package is delivered, but missing. Proof of theft is required for stolen value greater than $100.
- Police report
- Security footage
- Carrier letter
- Incident report from an authority/leasing office
Stolen packages must be reported in Shield no sooner than 7 days after the last Track update and no later than 14 days from the package Track delivered date.
A package is considered as lost if
(1) the package is shipped but not delivered and there are no tracking update for at least 7 days or
(2) the package was undeliverable due to invalid address or any other delivery issues and the package is returned to sender.
Lost packages must be reported in Shield no sooner than 7 days after the last Track update and no later than 21 days from the last Track update.
When a request is approved, Shipped Shield will automatically issue a replacement for the item.
When issuing a replacement, the item will ship free of charge to the customer.
4. Standards and Exceptions
Order is marked as unfulfilled or unshipped
If an order is marked as unfulfilled and unshipped, it has not yet been fulfilled. Shipped Shield cannot be used until the order is fulfilled or shipped with a carrier tracking number.
Only part of the order was delivered
If an order has multiple packages and one or more packages are missing, Shipped Shield will reorder the items in the missing packages.
Shipped Shield is unable to handle issues where an item is missing from the order and the package was not tampered with.
Shipped Shield does not handle order issues due to an incorrect address inputted by the customer.
Order filed too soon
If an issue is reported too soon, Shipped Shield will prompt you to wait until the reporting requirements are met.
Custom items and orders that require ID verification
Shipped Shield is unable to process replacements for any customized item and orders that require ID verifications.
Shipped Shield will issue a replacement for the item if it can be purchased individually.
Order filed too late
If an issue is reported too late, Shipped Shield will deny the request as it falls outside of the reporting requirements.
Satisfactory of Items
Shipped Shield cannot handle product returns if a customer is not satisfied with the product purchased. In this case, the customer will need to follow the standard return policy.
Shipped Shield may request additional information to process a request. If the customer does not respond within 5 days, the issue will be automatically closed.
The customer can reopen the issue by responding to the original request as long as the reopen date falls within the reporting requirements.
***If you do not report package issues within the above time frames, your claim will be denied and there will be no further resolutions available. Please be sure to report any issues on time to avoid claim denial.***
If Shipped Shield Package protection covers your claim, We will re-ship the same items that were part of your claim. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SHIPPED SHIELD REPLACED MERCHANDISE.
Shipped Shield Package Protection Opt-Out:
If you chose to opt out of Shipped Shield package protection, your purchase and shipping is subject to the specific carriers time frame and conditions for stolen packages. Once we have shipped your order and it shows scanned and delivered to your address, Droppin HZ Car Audio is no longer liable for that package. If you feel you live in an area where you could have issues with stolen packages, please use an alternate address or request a signature required upon delivery when you place the order. Please use the link at the top of the page to report any issues.
Order cancellation may be requested, but we cannot guarantee it. Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it to be shipped. If an order is shipped before a cancellation can be processed, the customer will be responsible for returning the item/s based on Droppin HZ Car Audio's Return Policy. If an order cancellation can be granted, there will be a 5% order cancellation fee deducted from any refund based on the order total, should a customer choose to cancel their order for any reason other than the product not being available.
