Installation Instructions
- Recommended Installation:Ā First, remove your door panels and/or vehicle headlinerĀ
- The best way to handle Mega Zorbeā¢ Pro is to first cut it down to the size of the install location, making sure to leave room for wiring and other electrical components.
- Mega Zorbeā¢Ā Pro cuts easily: a simple pair of scissors will do the job! After you make your cuts, you can adhere with peel & stick backing (if option selected) or use aĀ spray adhesive, like ourĀ P329 Permanent Spray Adhesive.
- We do not recommend using this product in heat bays or near heat sources. For high heat applications, tryĀ Mega Blockā¢.
- For thinner foam options, consider ourĀ Mega Zorbeā¢, which comes in 1/2" only.Ā
- You can also stackĀ Mega Zorbeā¢ Pro on top of itself for more thermal and sound insulation to 3" or even 4" of total thickness using a spray adhesive (peel & stick backing will not stick to Mega Zorbe Pro.
- TheĀ R-Value of open cell foamĀ makes Mega Zorbeā¢ Pro excellent for additional insulation in the doors and above the headliner.
- DO NOT use Mega Zorbeā¢ Pro on the floor of your vehicle because the open cell foam will decay over time if weight is constantly on it.
