Ordered on Nov 30th, 2025. I have yet to receive the last item in the order. As well as no shipping information other than label created, and switched to USPS from UPS. I reached out four times for any updates at all. Not in a super hurry due to the cold, and I understand shipping times vary, especially during the holidays. But I've gotten no updates, or replies from emails, and Facebook messenger. I'm not asking for expedited shipping or special treatment. I'd just like to know where my money that I spent is. Maybe they sent it out to a different warehouse, or ordered it though SHCA with none in stock. I recommend going to Sky High Car Audio directly to hopefully shorten shipping times if necessary, as well possibly better customer support. Other two items came quickly.
box was destroyed the spool is missing a chunk of plastic but the wire itself is good shipped pretty fast but was 3 days late
