Promotion Overview
The Build Your Bonus Event (“Promotion”) is offered by Droppin HZ Car Audio (“Company”) and provides customers with Bonus Cash in the form of a virtual gift card based on qualifying purchase amounts made during the promotional period. -
Eligibility and Qualifying Purchases
Bonus Cash is issued only on qualifying purchases that meet the applicable spending thresholds established by the Company at the time of purchase. This Promotion may not be combined with any other discounts, promotions, coupons, or offers unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the Company. -
Issuance and Use of Bonus Cash
Bonus Cash is issued as a virtual gift card and has no expiration date, unless otherwise specified by the Company. Bonus Cash is non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash. -
Refunds and Cancellations of Qualifying Purchases
If a qualifying purchase is canceled or refunded for any reason, any Bonus Cash issued in connection with that purchase will be voided.
If Bonus Cash has been used in whole or in part prior to the refund or cancellation of the qualifying purchase, the amount of Bonus Cash used will be deducted from the refund amount. -
Refunds and Cancellations of Purchases Made Using Bonus Cash
If an order in which Bonus Cash was applied is subsequently canceled or refunded, the amount of Bonus Cash used for that transaction will be voided and will not be reinstated to the gift card balance. -
Limitations and Restrictions
Bonus Cash cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred and may only be used in accordance with the Company’s gift card policies. The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Bonus Cash. -
Modification or Termination of Promotion
Droppin HZ Car Audio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law. -
Final Authority
All decisions regarding eligibility, issuance, use, and interpretation of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions shall be made by Droppin HZ Car Audio in its sole discretion and shall be final.
