Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation may be requested, but we cannot guarantee it. Once an order has been placed, we begin processing it to be shipped. If an order is shipped before a cancellation can be processed, the customer will be responsible for returning the item/s based on all policies listed HERE. Sending an email requesting cancellation DOES NOT guarantee order cancellation, you will need to speak to a representative over the phone and wait to receive email confirmation of cancellation and refund. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed, there will be a 5% order cancellation fee assessed on all cancelled orders due to any other reason than the item being unavailable.
